Hey, I’m Amazing Aretha founder & mentor for purpose-driven corporate, female professionals.
Back in 2019, I transitioned from a 20 year corporate career to becoming an entrepreneur.
During my transition I enrolled in a Mastermind Program. At the time, the program helped me to expand my mindset and take my gifts to the marketplace-establishing a successful business.
It equipped me to gain the confidence I needed to grow personally and professionally.
Since then, and to this day, I have continued to participate in several other masterminds as I see their value. I love the results I’ve experienced, and the improvement in the quality of my life.
In June 2022, I did a BIG, exciting thing and hosted the first Women Empowerment Conference in Saint Lucia.
On the heels of that, I launched the Beta for IGNITE Inner Circle Mastermind.
My dream is…
to make IGNITE Inner Circle the single best community based in St. Lucia for female professionals to grow and make their impact.
I am committed to teaching you what I’ve learnt, what worked and, what doesn’t because I am the kind of woman who won’t cover it up, but tell it to you as it is.

I live in another country. Can I still join membership?
Definitely! All our calls are virtual, we welcome members anywhere around the world We the world. Calls are also recorded for you to playback at your convenience.
Why is the Mastermind commitment for six months?
We carefully built this to be six months because we wanted it to be long enough to create real growth, but also compact enough so that you can commit to it and sprint ahead! Highly driven women need a program which is fast and immersive, but does not take up too much of their time either.
What is the investment for this program?
We have two simple, flat rate options for you to join.

Both options are available to all applicants and details will be provided upon acceptance to the program.
When will I be charged?
If you are a good fit, and accepted into the program you will receive a link to complete your payment. Your membership will start the moment you click submit on our checkout page and you’ll be automatically enrolled for the duration of the mastermind.
What happens after I enroll?
Thanks for your enrollment. You will receive an email which provide log in details to gain access to the portal and further instructions.
Can I cancel at any time?
Definitely. We hate to see you go but we understand. We hope you’ll stay in the mastermind but if you join and feel it’s not a good fit, you can cancel at any time. We wish you the best in all your endeavors.
I want a refund!
We don’t offer refunds. You can cancel at any time but once your payment is charged, no refund will be given.
Do I have to be a business owner to join the community?
Not at all. This community is for all professionals. Whether you own a business or work a 9-5, we have classes that will help you take your personal and professional development to the next level.
