Absolutely! This event is for any woman looking to grow in her career, business, or life and who wants to connect with other like-minded women.
WHERE IS IGNITE HER CONFERENCE 2022 BEING HELD?
IGNITE Her Conference is being held in Saint Lucia. Exact venue details will be sent via email once your ticket has been confirmed. We have negotiated a special room rate for the venue. The rate and how to reserve your room will be sent via email.
*We HIGHLY recommend you book your accommodations at the venue to get the most out of the weekend.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
We HIGHLY recommend you plan to book and stay with us at the Event Venue. The space is absolutely gorgeous. Additionally, we’ve negotiated a great rate for you! Please be sure to book your room as soon as we email you the link. We have a very limited number of rooms available at the special rate and I want to make sure you get the best possible deal. This is NOT the kind of thing you want to wait until the last minute to handle.
DO I NEED TO PRINT A PHYSICAL TICKET?
Nope! You’ll check in on-site when you arrive. No need to bring a physical ticket with you, we’ll have your name on the registration list.
IS MY EVENT TICKET TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
Always check with your own tax advisor, but generally speaking if you have a business and itemize your deductions, the ticket and travel expenses are most likely deductible!
WILL FOOD & BEVERAGES BE PROVIDED?
Ultimate VIP Tickets include refreshments on Friday as well as lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Deluxe Tickets include lunch on Saturday and Sunday. The venue also features 5 restaurants, a coffee shop/café, a poolside bar, and 3 bars/lounges. For attendees staying on property, room service is available during limited hours and a complimentary full breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
WHERE SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Fly into Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) – 63.6 km / 39.5 mi or George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU) – 9.9 km / 6.1 mi from the hotel. Transportation from the airport to the event venue is easiest using Taxi Services or a Helicopter ride.
WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE + DEPART?
We recommend arriving on Thursday evening (for Ultimate VIP ticket holders) or Friday morning.
The event will end on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at 6 pm Atlantic Standard Time. We recommend you book either a departure flight after 9 pm on Sunday or stay overnight until Monday. This will ensure you don’t miss any of the event activities.
IF I CAN’T ATTEND, WILL I BE ABLE TO WATCH ONLINE?
No. This is a LIVE event and there will be no live streaming available. We’d love to have you in the room with us. Hope to see you in Saint Lucia!
CAN I BRING MY HUSBAND AND/OR CHILDREN?
This is a woman only event. We welcome young, mature girls ages 16 and up who have an entrepreneurial spirit to attend. Please note, girls ages 16 and up will need their own tickets.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It’s your party and you can wear whatever you want. We encourage you to wear what makes you feel confident, lights you up, or just makes you comfortable. If that means jeans or yoga pants- go for it! One of the event’s goals is to help you break free from being concerned about the judgment of others. Wear whatever you like!
WHAT’S THE REFUND POLICY + WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE A TICKET BUT CANNOT ATTEND?
There are no refunds. All ticket sales are final. Any ticket purchased with a payment plan must be paid in full regardless of whether you can attend or not. While tickets may not be refunded, they are transferable up to May 03, 2022.
HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PLAN WORK
When you purchase a ticket on the payment plan, you will be billed additional payments at intervals of every 30 days. You must be paid IN FULL before June 03, 2022, in order to attend. If you fail to make all your payments, you will not be added to the attendee roster and there will be NO refunds for any of the payments you’ve made.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?
There will be parking at the hotel if you own a vehicle or choose to get a rental car.
WILL CHILDCARE BE PROVIDED?
Childcare will not be provided.

Health & Safety Guidelines
We understand and respect that everyone has varying levels of comfort about gathering in person, so we want to clearly communicate exactly what you can expect before you walk into a room of 100 women!
By attending the IGNITE Her Women event in person from June 03 to 05, 2022 you acknowledge that you are aware that the coronavirus that causes the disease COVID-19 is known to be highly contagious and spread easily between people.
Furthermore, you self-certify by attending the event that the following are TRUE within the 5 days prior to the dates of this event:
- You have not had any symptoms associated with COVID-19 (including but not limited to fever, cough, new loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, sore throat, congestion, or runny nose)
- You have not been diagnosed with COVID-19
- You have not had direct contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19.
If you CANNOT self-certify each of the above are TRUE or you do not feel comfortable attending in person please email aretha@youreamazing.org and we will transfer your event ticket to an individual at your request. Tickets are transferable up to May 03, 2022.
Because participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19, we recommend that high-risk attendees take extra consideration before joining in person.
The IGNITE Her Conference Team will provide the option of socially distanced seating for those who prefer it. Hand sanitizing stations and face coverings are welcome for those who choose to wear them. Attendees are encouraged to practice hand hygiene, and take the measures they feel are appropriate to protect themselves and reduce their risks of exposure to COVID-19.
While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness does exist. By attending IGNITE Her Conference 2022 event in person, you knowingly and freely assume all such risks in connection with your participation, which include those related to illness and infectious diseases, as stated in the attendee terms and conditions agreed to at the time of your registration.
